Amazon Account Management

Amazon Account Management That Keeps Your Business Moving

Day-to-day Seller Central operations handled with care, from catalog fixes and inventory coordination to account health monitoring and case management, so you can spend your time on decisions instead of admin.

Overview

Hands-on Seller Central support, without giving up control

Running an Amazon business means dozens of small operational tasks every week. Listings get suppressed, inventory needs to be planned against lead times, performance notifications arrive, and support cases need following up. None of it is glamorous, but when it slips, sales and account standing suffer.

Account management puts a dedicated, structured routine around those tasks. We work inside your Seller Central account through the user permissions you grant, keep a clear record of what was done, and raise anything that needs your decision.

  • Work done inside your account with permissions you control
  • Every action logged and reported
  • Issues escalated with context and a recommended next step

Common challenges

Where Amazon operations usually break down

  • Suppressed or inaccurate listings

Missing attributes, category changes or catalog conflicts quietly remove products from search or display the wrong information.

  • Stock-outs and slow-moving inventory

Without regular planning, popular products run out while others sit in storage and attract fees.

  • Account health notifications

Performance warnings and policy notices need a timely, well-documented response, not a rushed reaction.

  • Support cases that go nowhere

Cases opened without the right evidence or follow-up can drag on for weeks.

  • Reports nobody has time to read

Seller Central provides plenty of data, but turning it into decisions takes time most sellers don’t have.

  • Tasks spread across too many people

When operations, advertising and content are handled separately, small issues fall between the gaps.

Account performance

Monitoring the signals that protect your account

Amazon evaluates sellers on customer service, policy compliance and fulfilment performance. We track the indicators that apply to your account and act early when something drifts.

What we watch

  • Account Health Rating and policy compliance notices
  • Order defect, cancellation and late shipment indicators
  • Listing quality alerts and suppressed products
  • Inventory performance, stranded and aged stock
  • Customer messages and return reasons that reveal product issues

How we respond

  • Investigate the root cause before replying
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based responses for your approval
  • Correct the listing, process or shipment issue behind it
  • Record the outcome so the same issue is easier to prevent

Amazon makes the final decision on account health matters. Our role is to help you respond accurately and quickly — we can’t guarantee a specific outcome.

How we work

A clear routine from onboarding to monthly review

  1. Step 1: Onboarding & access

Agree scope, priorities and communication, and set up user permissions.

  2. Step 2: Account review

Review catalog, inventory, health indicators and open cases to set a baseline.

  3. Step 3: Operating plan

Define recurring tasks, response times and escalation rules.

  4. Step 4: Day-to-day management

Carry out the agreed tasks and log every change.

  5. Step 5: Review & refine

Review results together and adjust priorities as the business changes.

Reporting

Reporting you can act on

Reports focus on what changed, why it matters and what we recommend next, at a cadence agreed during onboarding.

  • Activity log

A running record of every task completed in your account, so nothing happens without a trace.

  • Performance summary

Sales, traffic, inventory and account health trends, with short commentary instead of raw exports.

  • Issue tracker

Open cases, notifications and catalog problems, with status and next action.

  • Recommendations

Prioritized suggestions for listings, inventory or advertising that need your decision.

Who it’s for

Who benefits from account management

  • Busy brand owners

You want the account run properly without managing every task yourself.

  • Growing catalogs

More products and variations mean more catalog, inventory and compliance work.

  • Teams without Amazon specialists

Your team handles the wider business and needs marketplace-specific support.

Results & reporting

How we report results

Case studies for Account Management will be published once clients approve them. Until then, here is the standard every result is held to.

  1. Baseline first

Starting metrics are recorded before any change, from the account’s own reports.

  2. Actions documented

Every change is logged, so outcomes can be linked to the work that produced them.

  3. Defined period

Results are stated for a specific measurement window, never cherry-picked days.

  4. Sourced numbers

Each published figure names its data source and is approved by the client.

FAQ

Account Management: frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions sellers ask most. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask Your Question
Do you need my Amazon login details?

No. We work through Seller Central’s user permissions, which give us access only to the areas we need. You keep your own login, two-step verification and payment settings.

Do you work with both FBA and FBM sellers?

Yes. The scope adapts to your fulfilment method — shipment planning and inventory coordination for FBA, and order and performance oversight for merchant-fulfilled accounts.

Can you fix a suspended or deactivated account?

We can help investigate the cause and prepare a clear, evidence-based plan of action for your review. Amazon decides on reinstatement, and complex cases may also need specialist legal advice, so we can’t guarantee an outcome.

How often will I receive updates?

The reporting cadence is agreed during onboarding. Most clients receive a regular activity summary plus a periodic performance review, with urgent issues raised as soon as they appear.

Can account management be combined with PPC or listing work?

Yes. Many sellers combine account management with PPC management or listing optimization so operations, advertising and content are planned together.
