Amazon PPC Management

Amazon PPC Management Focused on Smarter Advertising Decisions

Structured campaigns, careful search-term analysis and disciplined bid and budget management, so every advertising decision connects back to your margins and goals.

Overview

Advertising that’s managed, not just switched on

Amazon advertising rewards structure and attention. Campaigns left on automatic settings tend to drift — spend spreads across irrelevant searches, profitable keywords run out of budget, and it becomes hard to tell what is actually working.

Our PPC management starts with your product economics. We build or restructure campaigns so data is easy to read, then manage targeting, bids, negatives and budgets on an ongoing basis, with reporting that explains what changed and why.

  • Campaign structure designed for clean, readable data
  • Decisions based on your margins, not generic benchmarks
  • Regular search-term and bid optimization

Common challenges

Why Amazon PPC often underperforms

  • Spend on irrelevant searches

Broad and automatic targeting can match your ads to searches that will never convert.

  • Campaigns that are hard to read

Mixed products and match types in one campaign make it impossible to see what drives results.

  • Bids set once and forgotten

Competition and conversion rates change, so static bids either waste money or lose visibility.

  • The wrong success metric

Chasing a low ACoS can starve growth, while chasing sales can erase profit. The right target depends on the goal.

What’s included

What our PPC management covers

  • Campaign architecture

Campaigns organized by product, match type and goal, so performance is easy to read and control.

  • Keyword & product targeting

Research-led keyword, category and ASIN targets, grouped by relevance and intent.

  • Search-term analysis

Regular reviews of real customer searches to promote winners and remove waste.

  • Bid management

Bids adjusted against conversion data and your target efficiency, including placement adjustments.

  • Negative targeting

Negative keywords and products that stop spend on searches that don’t convert.

  • Budget allocation

Budget moved toward campaigns and products that deliver against their goals.

Advertising metrics

The metrics behind every decision

Each metric answers a different question. We look at them together, against the goal agreed for each product.

ACoSAdvertising Cost of Sales
Ad spend ÷ ad-attributed sales

Shows how efficiently ads turn spend into sales. Compared with your margin to judge profitability.

TACoSTotal Advertising Cost of Sales
Ad spend ÷ total sales

Shows how dependent the business is on advertising. A falling TACoS can signal growing organic sales.

ROASReturn on Ad Spend
Ad-attributed sales ÷ ad spend

The inverse view of ACoS — useful when comparing with other advertising channels.

CTRClick-Through Rate
Clicks ÷ impressions

Indicates whether the ad, image, title and price earn attention for that search.

CVRConversion Rate
Orders ÷ clicks

Shows how well the product page converts visitors — often a listing issue, not an advertising one.

CPCCost per Click
Ad spend ÷ clicks

Reflects competition for a target and guides bid decisions.

There is no universal “good” ACoS. A healthy target depends on your margin, the product’s stage and whether the goal is growth, visibility or profit.

Optimization process

How we manage and optimize your campaigns

  1. Step 1: Audit

Review existing campaigns, spend, search terms and product margins.

  2. Step 2: Research

Identify keyword, category and competitor targets for each product.

  3. Step 3: Structure

Build or reorganize campaigns around products, match types and goals.

  4. Step 4: Launch

Go live with clear budgets, bids and negatives.

  5. Step 5: Optimize

Adjust bids, harvest search terms and add negatives on a regular cycle.

  6. Step 6: Report

Explain results, decisions and next steps in plain language.

Ad types

Using the right Amazon ad types

Each format plays a different role. We recommend ad types based on your goals and the formats your account is eligible for.

Sponsored Products

  • Promotes individual products in search results and on product pages
  • The core of most advertising strategies
  • Keyword and product targeting with full search-term data

Sponsored Brands

  • Showcases your brand and several products, including video formats
  • Builds visibility for brand and category searches
  • Requires Amazon Brand Registry

Sponsored Display

  • Reaches shoppers on and off Amazon based on products and interests
  • Useful for retargeting and defending your product pages
  • Availability depends on account eligibility and marketplace

Ad format availability depends on your marketplace, account type and brand registration status, which we confirm during the audit.

Results & reporting

How we report results

Case studies for PPC Management will be published once clients approve them. Until then, here is the standard every result is held to.

  1. Baseline first

Starting metrics are recorded before any change, from the account’s own reports.

  2. Actions documented

Every change is logged, so outcomes can be linked to the work that produced them.

  3. Defined period

Results are stated for a specific measurement window, never cherry-picked days.

  4. Sourced numbers

Each published figure names its data source and is approved by the client.

FAQ

PPC Management: frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions sellers ask most. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask Your Question
What ACoS should I aim for?

It depends on your profit margin and the product’s goal. A launch may accept a higher ACoS to build sales history, while a mature product usually targets an ACoS comfortably below its margin. We agree targets per product rather than using one number for the whole account.

Do you manage Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display?

Yes, where your account is eligible. Sponsored Brands requires Amazon Brand Registry, and Sponsored Display availability depends on the marketplace and account type. We confirm eligibility during the audit.

How quickly will I see results?

Restructuring and early optimization usually take a few weeks, because changes need enough data before further decisions are made. We’ll explain what to expect for your account after the audit, but we don’t guarantee specific results or timelines.

Do you need access to my advertising account?

Yes. We work inside your Amazon Ads console through user permissions you control. Your ad budget is always paid directly by you to Amazon.

Can PPC fix a listing that doesn’t convert?

Not on its own. If shoppers click but don’t buy, the issue is often the listing — images, title, price or reviews. We’ll flag this and can coordinate with listing optimization.
