Case studies
Strategies in Action with Results in Context
Explore how focused research, strategic execution, and performance analysis can address real ecommerce business challenges.
Case studies are published only after the client has approved every figure. The first studies are being prepared — below is how each one is evaluated.
Methodology
How performance is evaluated
Every case study follows the same five steps, so results can be read in context rather than taken at face value.
Step 1: Establish the baseline
Record starting metrics from the account’s own reports, with the exact period and source.
Step 2: Identify the business problems
Separate symptoms from causes: structure, listing quality, pricing, stock or competition.
Step 3: Define the strategy
Agree priorities and targets that reflect margins and the goal for each product.
Step 4: Implement changes
Make and log every change, so outcomes can be traced back to the work behind them.
Step 5: Evaluate actual results
Compare like-for-like periods, state what else changed, and avoid claiming more than the data shows.
